Gift Card FAQ

In what amounts a gift cards available? - We offer gift cards in any reasonable amount from a few to hundreds of dollars
Do gift cards expire? - No; there is no expiration date on our gift cards, and we don't charge any "service fees" if they are not redeemed quickly.
What if the gift cards is lost or stolen? - Unfortunately, we cannot replace missing gift cards; please treat them as if they were cash and store them in a safe place.
How are gift cards redeemed? - Gift cards must be redeemed in person at Aquatics Unlimited; they cannot be applied to phone, mail order or online purchases. They are redeemable for merchandise only, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other refund. Any balance will remain on the card for future purchases.
How can I find the balance remaining on a gift cards? - Just give us a call at 414-543-2552, and we'll be happy to look it up for you.
Can gift cards be ordered over the phone? - Yes, with some limitations. You may order a Gift Card and pay by credit card over the phone, but we can only send the card to your credit card billing address (we can't send to the giftee). Cards are generally mailed the next business day (monday-friday), so allow sufficient time before your special event.
